Tiroler Bauernschmaus
Tyrolean farmer's platter — smoked pork, roast pork, sausages, bread dumplings, and sauerkraut on one plate.

Ingredients
- 200g smoked pork
- 200g roast pork
- 2 Tyrolian sausages
- 2 Semmelknödel
- 300g sauerkraut
- mustard to serve
Method
- Gently heat all meats separately — smoked pork in simmering water, roast pork in the oven, sausages in a pan.
- Warm the sauerkraut with a little butter and caraway.
- Arrange everything on a large warm plate with Semmelknödel. Serve with mustard and dark bread.
