Steirische Kürbiskerne geröstet
Styrian roasted pumpkin seeds — lightly salted and dry-roasted to a deep green crunch.

Ingredients
- 200g raw Styrian pumpkin seeds
- half tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp water
Method
- Toss pumpkin seeds with water and salt in a dry pan.
- Roast over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes until deep green and beginning to pop.
- Spread on a tray to cool — they crisp up as they cool.
- Eat as a snack or scatter over salads and soups.
