Ingredients

  • 1kg smoked pork ribs or shoulder
  • 800g waxy potatoes
  • half white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

Method

  1. Simmer the smoked pork in water for 45 minutes until tender.
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water separately.
  3. Braise cabbage with caraway seeds, a knob of butter, and a splash of water for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve pork with potatoes and cabbage. Add mustard on the side.
