Liptauer Aufstrich
Spiced quark and cream cheese spread with paprika, caraway, chives, capers, and mustard — served on dark rye.

Ingredients
- 250g Topfen (quark)
- 100g butter, softened
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Beat Topfen and softened butter together until smooth.
- Stir in paprika, caraway, chives, capers, and mustard. Season with salt.
- Rest at least 30 minutes for flavours to develop.
- Spread generously on dark rye bread with sliced radishes on top.
