Ingredients

  • 250g Topfen (quark)
  • 100g butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

  1. Beat Topfen and softened butter together until smooth.
  2. Stir in paprika, caraway, chives, capers, and mustard. Season with salt.
  3. Rest at least 30 minutes for flavours to develop.
  4. Spread generously on dark rye bread with sliced radishes on top.
