Ingredients

  • selection cured meats (Speck, Bundnerfleisch, Salami)
  • 1 portion Liptauer spread
  • 3 gherkins
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • handful radishes
  • sliced dark rye bread and Semmel rolls
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard

Method

  1. Arrange all elements on a large wooden board.
  2. Slice meats thinly and fan out. Halve the eggs.
  3. Serve with cold beer or a glass of Gruner Veltliner.
