Ingredients
- selection cured meats (Speck, Bundnerfleisch, Salami)
- 1 portion Liptauer spread
- 3 gherkins
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- handful radishes
- sliced dark rye bread and Semmel rolls
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
Method
- Arrange all elements on a large wooden board.
- Slice meats thinly and fan out. Halve the eggs.
- Serve with cold beer or a glass of Gruner Veltliner.
