Baked pasta with diced cooked ham, egg, sour cream, and a buttery breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients

  • 300g Fleckerl pasta or small pasta squares
  • 200g cooked ham, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml sour cream
  • 50g butter
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. Mix with ham, eggs, and sour cream. Season well.
  3. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes until golden on top. Serve with a green salad.
