Schinkenfleckerl
Baked pasta with diced cooked ham, egg, sour cream, and a buttery breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients
- 300g Fleckerl pasta or small pasta squares
- 200g cooked ham, diced
- 3 eggs
- 250ml sour cream
- 50g butter
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Method
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
- Mix with ham, eggs, and sour cream. Season well.
- Pour into a buttered baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes until golden on top. Serve with a green salad.
