Austrian pan-fried meatballs of minced beef and pork with onion, egg, and marjoram.

Ingredients
- 400g minced beef
- 200g minced pork
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
Method
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Season generously.
- Shape into flat, palm-sized patties about 1.5cm thick.
- Fry in oil over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Serve with Erdapfelsalat and mustard.
