Ingredients

  • 250g Topfen (quark)
  • 100g butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 1 tsp mustard

Method

  1. Beat Topfen and butter together until smooth.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
  3. Rest 30 minutes before serving. Spread on dark rye with radishes and a cold beer.
