Viennese street sausages — Käsekrainer, Burenwurst, or hot dogs from the Würstelstand with mustard.

Ingredients
- 4 Kasekrainer or Burenwurst sausages
- 4 bread rolls (Semmel)
- Austrian mustard to serve
Method
- Grill or pan-fry sausages over medium heat, turning occasionally, 8-10 minutes until the skin blisters.
- For Kasekrainer, score diagonally and fry until the cheese oozes.
- Serve in a split roll with generous Austrian mustard.
- Eat standing up at the Standl. This is non-negotiable.
