Devilled Eggs Osterreichische Art
Austrian devilled eggs — hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy yolk and chive mixture, dusted with paprika.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled and halved
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- sweet paprika to dust
Method
- Remove yolks and mash with cream cheese, sour cream, and chives. Season.
- Pipe or spoon back into the whites.
- Dust generously with sweet paprika. Chill until ready to serve.
