Austrian devilled eggs — hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy yolk and chive mixture, dusted with paprika.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and halved
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • sweet paprika to dust

Method

  1. Remove yolks and mash with cream cheese, sour cream, and chives. Season.
  2. Pipe or spoon back into the whites.
  3. Dust generously with sweet paprika. Chill until ready to serve.
