- 100g Tyrolean Speck, thinly sliced
- 4 slices dark rye or Vinschgerl
- mountain butter softened
- cornichons to serve
Method
- Spread bread with mountain butter.
- Lay speck slices on top.
- Serve with cornichons and a small glass of schnapps.
